The draw for each match will be 9.00am on the day of the match, all in 10.00am, all out 3.00pm. (Unless agreed otherwise)
Any Club member not present at draw time shall be included in the match at the discretion of the Match Secretary only.
A junior wishing to fish must state prior to the draw whether or not they wish to fish on their own or with a parent at the same peg.
Once the peg is drawn there will be no changing of pegs. (Unless the peg is deemed unsafe by all other competitors)
All legal methods of fishing will be allowed. Failure to do so will mean disqualification.
All litter to be cleared from your peg before weigh in.
A Rod licence IS required to fish south of the border.
All permits if required are to be obtained prior to fishing.
Any number of rods/poles may be set up although only one at a time may be used during the match.
Competitors will be allowed to plumb the depth prior to the all in.
Ground bait may be prepared prior to fishing but not administered to the swim until the all in whistle has sounded.
A competitor has 10 minutes to land a fish after the all out whistle, provided it was hooked before the whistle sounded.
No Game fish are to be included in the weigh in.
Should there be any dispute the match secretary££s word is final.
The match fees have been averaged out and spread across the year££s venues as agreed at SCAC Monthly meeting 10/01/2007.
From the fees paid at each Match SCAC shall receive £2.00 from each competitor towards club funds (Junior & Senior).
No winnings shall be paid out on the match day but held until the prize giving Event for 2008.
1st place per match shall receive £2.00 (both Adult and Junior) x number of competitors in their respective match
2nd place per match shall receive £1.00 (both Adult and Junior) x number of competitors in their respective match
Points scoring for the club matches are as follows both for Adults and Juniors.
1st 10 points, 2nd 8 points, 3rd 6 points, 4th 4 points, 5th 2 points, 1point for all other competitors who weigh in. (Juniors score regardless)
(Although welcome every member is not expected to attend every match so the best 8 results out of the years matches shall be taken. The Adult and Junior member with the largest total at the end of the year shall be crowned Club Champion)
